Machteld Pel is a trainer of judges, mediators and other professionals on conflict diagnosis and skills relating to conflict management, procedural justice, interaction with the litigants et cetera.

She is affiliated with:

On request, she provides tailor-made trainings on conflict management skills and conflict diagnosis for various professional groups (judges, medical specialists, lawyers, public notaries), within private companies and government organizations.
