In april Machteld Pel will be a speaker in the workshop on Judicial Conflict resolution in the conference of the Section of Dispute Resolution of the American Bar Association.
In june Machteld Pel will train Russian judges on conflictdiagnosis and referral to mediation and in july Machteld Pel will train Nigerian judges on referral to mediation.
Machteld Pel is preparing publications on the legislation on mediation in The Netherlands.
